About Company :

Currently, we are cultivating on our self owned Global GAP Certified Farms covering an area of about 200 Acres at our Farms at Seoni in Madhya Pradesh and Saoner in Maharashtra, which shall be increased to around 310 Acres in next few months. With a present working team of more than 450 persons comprising labours, professionals and technical consultants, we are looking forward to multiply by joining hands with big producers in the region assisting them and guiding them to produce quality vegetables with implementation of Global GAP Procedures at their Farms for further development of business opportunities with foreign buyers by supplying Global GAP certified products. It is already exporting its residue less Vegetables like Chilli, Bitter Gourd, Okra, etc. to Middle East countries like Qatar & Dubai from our Saoner Farms near Nagpur in Maharashtra since the month of October 2017 and exotic varieties of Chili like - Scotch Bonnet, Bird Eye, Bullet & Indian G-4 to London

Job Description :

1) Directs and coordinates worker activities, such as planting, irrigation, chemical application, harvesting, grading, payroll, and record-keeping.

2) Analyzes market conditions to determine acreage allocations.

3)Updates sales team with Crop Harvesting Plan for accurate logistic planning and selling of products 

4)Managing the sales and marketing of farm products like crop harvest, livestocks, and dairy production, and planning the production yield on scheduled time for sending it at market auctions within the specified deadline

5) Records information, such as production, farm management practices,  parent stock, and prepares daily farm reports. 

6) Determines procedural changes in drying, grading, storage, and shipment for greater efficiency and accuracy.

7) Analyzes soil to determine type and quantity of fertilizer required for maximum production. 

8) good knowledge of pest identification, management and control 

9) Thorough experience in vegetable farming and awareness of their package of practice.

10)  Inspects equipment to ensure proper functioning.
11) Inspects orchards and fields to determine maturity dates of crops or to estimate potential crop damage from weather.
12) Plans and directs development and production of hybrid plant varieties with high yield or disease and insect resistant characteristics. 

13) awareness and conduct market study of new seeds and product availability in the market. 

14) Hires, discharges, transfers, and promotes workers, enforces safety regulations, and interprets policies. 

15) Evaluates financial statements and makes budget proposals

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
